Inaugural Annual General Meeting
Was held on Sunday 24th February 2008 at AGNI Indian Restaurant, 17 Wotan Street, Innaloo WA
The meeting was a great milestone in the formalisation process of AIMA.
The main agenda were:
1. Registration of members
2. Election of office bearers for the Inaugural committee
Following the office bearers' election, there was a constructive discussion among the members on various issues regarding the association.
There was an unanimous support for the future plans for AIMA. The President, Dr Paddy Ramanathan, thanked the gathering for the excellant support and requested ongoing involvement by participating in various activities of the association. Also, it was felt that all the doctors should be contacted by emailing and by word of mouth and encouraged to become members of AIMA, thus making it a more purposeful & formidable organisation.
